Prior to shipping, payments must be made.

If stock is depleted after you've put in your order, we'll contact you and refund or substitute.

We try our absolute best to ship quickly, and we normally do. Something inevitably goes wrong, though - like a delay in getting a package through couriers or a customs check - and in those cases, we'll inform you. You'll have tracking information too so you can follow your package's progress.

If you've received something damaged or incorrect, just let us know and we'll sort it out.

We shall only commence a refund or replacement once we receive the item back in its original condition.
